Allu Arjun used to go by the nickname “Stylish Star” since he would don a new appearance for his films every year, sometimes even twice. However, after he started filming Sukumar’s Pushpa, his admirers, who have been waiting for him to appear on screen since 2021, tend to lose it over any hairstyle error.
The Followers of Allu Arjun Concerned
Usually ecstatic to see their idols while on vacation, fans became concerned when a new video of Arjun appeared online. The actor was allegedly being recorded by an airline passenger with a slightly cropped beard while he was flying from Hyderabad to Doha.
Fans began to worry that Pushpa 2: The Rule will miss its December release date because Arjun hasn’t altered his hairstyle or beard since 2020, sticking to his Pushpa Raj persona. The movie has already seen one postponement.
“How does ee beard manage cheyalera?” (Is it possible for them to manage with this beard?)” penned the admirer who originally posted the video. One month for Beard Ravataniki, one month for Balance Shoot, plus post-production and promotions…Malli Postpone Haa, haha. The beard will grow out over a month. After that, he’ll shoot for another month. Another person became anxious. “Then there’s post-production and promotions…is the film postponed again?”

Speculation About Pushpa 2 Release Date
Some even suggested a new release date, saying that the summer of 2025 would be ideal. One said, “Look change chetu undochu ga ending lo p3 kosam,” with optimism. (Perhaps he altered his appearance for Pushpa 3’s setup and the movie’s conclusion.) Some even wished that the video had been taken in 2019 while he was filming Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo.
The confusion was exacerbated by the film crew’s lack of updates and rumors of a fight between Sukumar and Arjun.
Team Allu Arjun Responds
An individual close to Arjun stated that there was no need for alarm when Hindustan Times contacted the actor’s camp over the video. Yes, this video was taken not too long ago, but it’s not cause for concern. He’s merely maintained his beard and long hair better. It’s sometimes forgotten that in Pushpa 2: The Rule, Pushpa Raj, the character portrayed by him, transitions from a daily wage worker and smuggler to a don. He can’t still have the disheveled, scruffy appearance he had in Pushpa: The Rise. There are no intentions to reschedule the movie on December 6.
Pushpa 2: The Rule was scheduled for release on August 15, however, it was delayed while filming is still ongoing. The movie also stars Fahadh Faasil and Rashmika Mandanna.
