Happy birthday to the brilliant Kunal Kemmu who turned 41 years today! Kemmu has been an important actor in the Bollywood star scenario since his early days as a child artist to the contemporary form of flexible actor. Thus the journey of Kemmu in acting started at a very young age.
He started endorsing products at a young age and his first film as an actor was at the age of seven in the film titled ‘Masoom’ in 1985 though he started his career more seriously in early 90s and then he took a break from acting due to his studies.
Returning to the Big Screen
Towards a New Phase, returning back to Bollywood after the completion of the degree, Kemmu was cast in “Midsummer Nights Dream” released in 2005 despite of being failed in movie business. After this, he did supporting roles in films like ‘Traffic Signal’ and ‘Go Goa Gone,’ which proved his rib-tickling comedy prowess.
Kemmu’s break came in 2010 when he acted in the successful comedy movie “Go Goa Gone. ” His portrayal of the character, Babloo Chaudhary, received critical acclamation due to the comedian role that placed him as the comedian actor. He also demonstrated his range with the biographical racing film “Bhaag Milkha Bhaag” and the psychological thriller film “Ek Hasina Thi.”

He entered web series with the Amazon Prime Video show “The Forgotten Army,”- historical drama received by critics acclaims for portraying freedom fighter, INA soldier, Ibrahim Saeed Khan. He has also done horror comedy with the movie Lootcase that shows he is capable of handling any genre of roles.
Today, Kunal Kemmu is a popular actor in Bollywood who was typecast as a comedian before proving his ability to take serious roles and try new things.
