    Kangana Ranaut, renowned for her role in “Queen,” enters politics, set to run in elections in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, representing the BJP.

    Kangana Ranaut conveyed deep appreciation to senior BJP officials following her nomination for the Lok Sabha elections from the Mandi constituency.

    The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) revealed its fifth list of candidates for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections during a live announcement on Sunday. This release saw the exclusion of well-known figures such as VK Singh, Ashwini Kumar Choubey, and Varun Gandhi from the BJP’s candidate lineup for 2024. In contrast, Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut and actor Arun Govil, renowned for his portrayal in Ramayan, emerged as the chosen candidates to contest from Mandi in Himachal Pradesh and Meerut in Uttar Pradesh, respectively.

    In the BJP’s 2024 fifth candidate list, Dharmendra Pradhan contests from Sambalpur, Sambit Patra from Puri, Jitin Prasada replaces Varun Gandhi in Pilibhit, and Sita Soren competes from Dumka.

    The acclaimed actress from “Tanu Weds Manu” will contest the Lok Sabha elections this year, representing the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Himachal Pradesh’s Mandi district.

    “I extend my warm greetings to everyone on the occasion of Holi. Returning to my birthplace, I feel blessed and honored. If the people choose me, I will dedicate myself to serving them. This day holds great emotional significance for both my family and me,” Kangana expressed.

    Ranaut and ‘Ramayan’ star Arun Govil are among 111 candidates chosen by the BJP to run in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, with Govil contesting from Meerut.
