Speculations and gossip about the couple expecting a child have been going around the media for the last couple of weeks, especially after the release of the much-publicized video and unproven stories.

The speculation started with a viral video that featured the couple taking an early morning walk around London. Anticipating lips said that they saw a baby bump on Katrina and this set them on the internet social circuit, with some claiming that they had authentic sources that favored the couple.
The news was further fuelled by an undisclosed source that is said to be privy to the information and affiliated with Zoom, a news portal that also contributed to the circulation of the news by revealing that Katrina Kaif was indeed pregnant and had planned to give birth in London. However, these interpretations still lack substantiation.
In the increasing din around them, Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal have not opened their mouths to confirm the news. The clues are not provided by the accounts of their social networks and they themselves have chosen to remain silent with the representatives. Consequently, there has been no official recognition of this fact which has only served to fan the flames of controversy.
Further to this, the Katrina Kaif-owned Raindrop Media, a talent management agency, also chimed in. These words were to be officially requested through the following, “Request all media houses to immediately stop this unconfirmed reporting and speculation,” This, however, has not stopped the media blaze.
Unfortunately, due to the absence of a clear statement from the couple, the fan base remains hopeful. Others stay hopeful, looking for subtle hints and decoding messages in statuses and photos. Some call for private space for the couple, arguing that the media attention can lead to undue pressure.
This has left the public in the dark on whether the couple has actually started a family, as rumors on their parenthood continue to circulate in the news. Whether the rumors get louder and turn into baby declaration or die down with time only can be said.
