Netflix is currently streaming Homi Adajania’s Murder Mubarak, which stars Sara Ali Khan, Pankaj Tripathi, Vijay Varma, Karisma Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor, and other actors.

    Key Highlights

Homi Adajania is the director of the peculiar investigative drama Murder Mubarak. Sara Ali Khan, Pankaj Tripathi, Tisca Chopra, Karisma Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor, Vijay Varma, and many others are among the actors who star in it. Netflix is now playing it.

    The Plot

The Royal Delhi Club is an exclusive club for wealthy people. Every member of the club is under suspicion following the murder of Zumba instructor Leo (Aashim Gulati). The matter is given to ACP Bhavani Singh (Pankaj Tripathi) to handle. As the suspects are questioned, the case becomes increasingly complicated. The inquiry is also used to carry out some killings. Can ACP Bhavani Singh identify the true offender?

What Works in Favour of the Movie

Murder Mubarak excels at maintaining suspense and avoiding predictability. The identity of the murderer remains a secret until the very end, which adds to the intrigue. The final 20 minutes, where the mystery is explained, are especially fascinating. However, they don’t fully compensate for the earlier scenes. The movie’s cinematography sets it apart from most Hindi cinema releases.

What Doesn’t Works in Favour of the Movie

For the most part, Murder Mubarak just cannot interact. Your interest in the picture wanes as the investigation progresses because everything about it appears so contrived. Murder Mubarak has an excessive amount of characters, which makes the story more tiresome. Even while the ensemble aims to be quick and, most crucially, ahead of its audience, at two hours and twenty minutes, it is a drag. Most of the actors provide disappointing performances, with many of them bordering on caricature. The spectators are coerced into seeing the abuses, if that is even necessary to say.

    Performances in Murder Mubarak

The way Sara Ali Khan performed in Murder Mubarak was uneventful. Yes, a very noteworthy flashback moment occurs at the end of the movie. Similar to how he is in the most of his comedic flicks, Pankaj Tripathi plays ACP Bhavani Singh. Vijay Varma is not that bad. Tisca Chopra, Karisma Kapoor, and Sanjay Kapoor all overact in their roles. Support is moderately provided by Brijendra Kala, Deven Bhojani, and others.

    Final Thoughts on Murder Mubarak

Murder Mubarak has an intriguing premise, but for the most part, the movie doesn’t hold viewers’ attention, so even the big reveal doesn’t have the anticipated effect. The movie’s overabundance of characters is also detrimental.
