In a series of extremely racist postings on the social media site X, British YouTuber Miles Routledge joked about dropping nuclear bombs on India and falsely claimed that an anonymous troll was Indian without providing any proof.

Miles Routledge Targeting Indians Spark Outrage
The 25-year-old Routledge is most renowned for being the British student who had to be evacuated from the war-torn nation of Afghanistan after becoming stuck there during the Taliban takeover in 2021. By posting a screenshot on Tuesday that seemed to show an anonymous X user threatening him, he set off a chain reaction of discriminatory comments directed towards Indians. Despite the fact that there was no evidence to support the X user’s Indian origin, Routledge accused him of being one.
“Indian tries to track me down, but it ends up backfiring hehe,” he shared the screenshot with. A message that said, “I will find you, I promise, your apology video will be sweet,” is seen in the screenshot. In response, Routledge gave his location and then wrote, “Saar okay lord saar good luck saar haha saar,” obviously making fun of the way Indians seem to speak.
The Fallout of Miles Routledge’s Racist Comments
“Indian tries to track me down, but it ends up backfiring hehe,” he shared the screenshot with. A message that said, “I will find you, I promise, your apology video will be sweet,” is seen in the screenshot. In response, Routledge sent a reply that said, “Saar okay lord saar good luck saar haha saar,” and included his address mocking Indian accent in a racist Manner.
“Hell, I might just launch for the fun of India!” Addition of Routledge. The British user replied that he simply did not like India when an Indian X user accused him of rage-baiting. He further explained why, in his opinion, the troll who was threatening him was Indian.
The Role of Social Media in Curbing Hate Speech
It may surprise you to hear, but I dislike India. He is Indian, and I can feel that too. An online man is Indian if, in the first response, he talks about f*cking your mother. Many such instances, according to Routledge.
