Blackpink’s Lisa recently added homeowner to her resume! On April 17th, New York publication Mansion Global reported that Lisa purchased a luxurious mansion in Beverly Hills for a cool $3.95 million (Rs 33 crore).
A Magical Abode
Listing agent Lori Harris of Keller Williams Los Feliz couldn’t rave enough about the property. She, along with colleagues Brock Harris and Farrah Brittany of The Agency, described the mansion as “beyond magical.” Harris elaborated, stating, “Even though it’s a brand new renovation, it has an old-world feel. You pull up in Beverly Hills, and you feel transported.”
Nestled in the Hills
The mansion sits nestled in the hills of Coldwater Canyon, a peninsula that juts alongside the Santa Monica Mountains. This peaceful location boasts scenic views and offers Lisa the privacy celebrities often crave. The house itself features four bedrooms, a classic clay tile roof, and elegant stone flooring. Vaulted wood ceilings add a touch of grandeur to the interior design.
Preserving the Past with a Modern Touch
Los Angeles-based design firm House of Rolison oversaw the mansion’s renovations. During the process, they cleverly incorporated many of the home’s original design elements, creating a unique blend of old and new. These preserved features include iron sconces, a charming river rock fireplace, and a classic plaster fireplace. Multiple decks provide ample space for outdoor entertaining, while a pathway winds its way up the hillside, adding a touch of whimsy to the property. With its spacious layout and stunning views, this new mansion seems like the perfect place for Lisa to relax and unwind in between her busy schedule of recording music, filming for “White Lotus,” and running her own record label.
Looking Ahead: Music, Acting, and More
This real estate purchase isn’t the only exciting news surrounding Lisa. Earlier this year, on February 8th, she announced the launch of her own label, LLOUD, after departing from YG Entertainment to pursue solo endeavors. Following this move, the “Money” rapper signed a solo deal with RCA Records, paving the way for new music releases. Just recently, Lisa confirmed plans to release a solo album in 2024. Beyond music, fans can also look forward to seeing Lisa grace the screen in season 3 of the hit series “White Lotus,” slated for release in early 2025.
