Actress Chhavi Mittal, who bravely battled breast cancer, inspires others with her fitness journey on social media. She emphasizes the importance of self-love and prioritizing good health in her recent post.

Chhavi Mittal initiated her note with the following words: “I’ve observed people chasing after things, and when they fail to attain them, they become stressed. Then, they continue to run faster and in desperation until they burn themselves out. However, self-love is often disregarded or undervalued. Why don’t people prioritize pursuing happiness, contentment, and good health? When someone politely declines an unhealthy snack, they are often mocked, while the enthusiastic eater is hailed as the life of the party.”

Chhavi Mittal is Embracing Self Love

Chhavi Mittal shared images of her workout routine on social media and reflected on unabashedly embracing self-love. She questioned why there isn’t more focus on pursuing happiness, contentment, and good health. Additionally, she pointed out how society often mocks those who reject unhealthy snacks while celebrating indulgent eating habits.

In her post, the actress from “Ek Chutki Aasman” reflected, “While little attention is given to someone succumbing to heart disease, there’s much fuss over a person passing away in the gym. When was the last time you did something solely for your happiness or health? Without worrying about judgments, work setbacks, or your phone ringing? How many of you feel you lack time? Time, If it’s important, you’ll make time. For me, prioritizing myself, my happiness, and my mental and physical well-being means never skipping my gym or calisthenics for a party. I am unabashedly, unapologetically, in love with myself.”

Chhavi Mittal gained recognition for her roles in popular TV shows like “Tumhari Disha” and “Ek Chutki Aasma.” Additionally, she appeared in “Teen Bahuraaniyaan” and starred alongside Isha Koppikar and Sonu Sood in the film “Ek Vivaah… Aisa Bhi.” Married to writer Mohit Hussein, they co-own a content writing platform.
