    7. In the women’s singles division at the 2016 Asian Championships, Nehwal maintained her winning streak with a bronze medal.
    8. Another bronze medal was won in the BWF World Championships in 2017.
    9. Nehwal won another gold medal at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast. She increased her collection of honors by winning a bronze in the women’s singles competition at the 2018 Asian Games. In the women’s singles division, she won another bronze in the Asian Championship that year.
