KR Gokul’s Physical Transformation for ‘Aadujeevitham’

After its late-month release, the Malayalam film “Aadujeevitham – The Goat Life” has been gaining praise. Blessy’s film is based on Benyamin’s 2008 best-seller. It tells Najeeb’s true story. He’s an immigrant from Kerala. He was kidnapped. He was forced to work as a slave. This happened on a goat farm. The farm was in the Middle East. After the release, people commended actor-filmmaker Prithviraj Sukumaran for his remarkable physical transformation for the role. For the movie, actor KR Gokul, who portrayed Hakim, had to shed 28 kg of weight. The actor posted a makeover picture on Instagram. He revealed his significant weight loss for the role. KR Gokul named Christian Bale as his inspiration. Bale had lost weight for “The Machinist.” Gokul shared a photo in Bale’s iconic pose. He detailed his inspiration in a long post.

KR Gokul Inspiration For His Role

“When I was getting ready for my part in Aadujeevitham – The Goat Life, I looked to Christian Bale’s incredible commitment for motivation.” Christian Bale’s portrayal of Trevor Reznik, an insomniac in the 2004 thriller “The Machinist,” deeply impressed me. He underwent a drastic transformation, losing 28 kg by adhering to a strict diet that included only water, an apple, and one cup of coffee daily. As a passionate fan of Bale’s work, I pay this respect to his brilliance and craftsmanship since it catapulted the movie into cult status,” the actor stated in his post.
