Kalki 2898 AD: Prabhas Set to Join 1000 Crore Club with Shah Rukh Khan and Ranbir Kapoor?

Kalki 2898 AD has DEFINITELY put Prabhas in a position where he now has a golden chance of reaching a major benchmark at the box office after SRK and RK.

It seems like Prabhas is back to the form as Salaar finally tasted success, so now surprisingly everyone is waiting for his upcoming movie Kalki 2898 AD. It has been a concept of discussion for a long time and the movie is currently benefitting from the positive hype around it. Things being on the positive right now, this superstar is only a step away from releasing a massive figure in Box Office India. If it happens, he will be the third one of them alongside the Bollywood stars Shah Rukh Khan and Ranbir Kapoor.

    Kalki 2898 AD – Expectations

After experiencing the Baahubali’s he thought he could crack the box office success again but was greatly disappointed. And thus, finally, the wait has brought fruit with Salaar; as the movie reached more than 600 crores gross worldwide and over 400 crores net in India only. Now that the actor appears to be in good form, those coming to his new high-concept sci-fi movie have rather high expectations.

Quite unexpectedly Kalki 2898 AD is generating a lot of interest due to many reasons. Whether it is a stellar star-cast featuring Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani or a whopping 600 crore plus budget or avoidingForeign locales to promoting the film globally the film is doing a good job pulling off the headlines.

The assumptions made in this context about Shah Rukh Khan came back to life with the success of Ranbir Kapoor’s blockbuster.

This post-COVID period has been absolutely brilliant for the two top stars, Shah Rukh Khan and Ranbir Kapoor. At a time when big stars are finding it tough to deliver a big hit that would put them on the path of recovery of at least 1000 crores net collection in the Indian BO, these two heroes have reached that magical figure. Actually, the statement is very simple; yes, you have read it correctly! The total annual collection of both these actors has thus touched the Rs 1000 crore figure in India.

The estimated gross for Pathaan, Jawan, and Dunki in North America is 400 million with an additional 1000 million from other territories which makes the total 1415 points. ‘Jolly LLB 2 ‘ was released on February 10, 2017, and became the highest-grossing Indian film of the year with 64 crores at the Indian box office. Shamshera, Brahmastra, Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, and Animal are the four successful movies of Ranbir Kapoor, which give a total collection of 1011 crores.

Prabhas too has a brilliant opportunity to team up with SRK and Ranbir.

For the information of the readers, Prabhas has a combined gross of 801 crores (Radhe Shyam, Adipurush, Salazar) in India after COVID So he has a potential of making 1000 crores, he is still 199 crores behind. This is by no means very difficult with Kalki 2898 AD unless the audience has completely despised the film.
