Salman Khan and Rajinikanth to Team Up in Atlee’s Upcoming Multi-Starrer

Salman Khan, a Bollywood superstar, and renowned Kollywood filmmaker Atlee are reportedly working on a movie together with Rajinikanth. However, there are rumors that this film would feature other stars and feature a hero in addition to Salman Khan. 

Speculations and Southern Influence

Amidst this context, there were initial speculations that Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh would be considered the second hero. However, Atlee has been attempting to cast a South African superstar as the movie’s second hero. 

Rajinikanth, the superstar, is that hero. The most recent report indicates that Salman Khan and Atlee are working on a movie featuring Rajinikanth. Should Rajinikanth approve this film as well, this is going to be the biggest multi-star film that hasn’t been seen before. 

Salman Khan recently stated in an interview that “all the heroes are doing films in Hollywood.” But I’d like to shoot a movie down south. He predicted that South North would do really well at the box office if it comes together. It could be in this context that Attlee devised this scheme.

However, it may be argued that the hero from South was chosen for a different reason. A movie featuring two Bollywood celebrities can only be produced in Hindi. However, since Rajinikanth entered the picture, audiences in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi have also expressed interest in the movie. 

Atlee has so drawn forth a comprehensive approach. And it’s yet unclear how well that strategy will turn out. Under the direction of Gnanavel Raja, Rajinikanth is currently working on the film Vettayan. He recently scored a smash with the movie Jailer. are occupied Salman Khan, on the other hand, is also working on the Sikandar film. The film will be released during Ramadan in the next year.

Conclusion

Rajinikanth and Salman Khan have not yet collaborated on a film project. Despite being two of the biggest actors in Indian cinema, their paths have never intersected for a joint project. While Rajinikanth is a legendary actor in Tamil cinema (Kollywood), Salman Khan is a well-known figure in Bollywood. Both have enormous fan bases and successful track records in their respective film businesses. Although there have been occasions where both performers have shown affection and regard for one another, a combined film project has not yet come to fruition. Let’s see how the chemistry between the two of them follows up.
