Following a minor surgery, veteran BJP leader Lal Krishna Advani was released from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) here on Thursday. Today at 2:00 pm, Lal Krishna Advani was released from the hospital. The Statesman was informed by a premier institute official that the patient’s condition was steady.
Advani was admitted to the AIIMS on Wednesday night. He had previously held the position of seventh Deputy Prime Minister in the administration of Atal Bihari Vajpayee. He was housed in the institute’s geriatric unit. The prestigious institution announced in a statement on Wednesday that Lal Krishna Advani had been accepted to AIIMS, New Delhi. He is being watched over and is steady.
