Digital Desk, New Delhi. The Supreme Court granted major relief to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Friday. The Supreme Court granted interim bail to Arvind Kejriwal. Now, CM Kejriwal’s case will be heard by a three-person bench. Kejriwal would stay outside till the larger bench hears evidence, it was said.
Background of the Case
However, since Kejriwal was granted bail, there is a general feeling of jubilation among AAP employees. But there was already some optimism that CM Kejriwal would be granted bail. In the Delhi Excise Policy case, the Supreme Court has granted temporary bail to Arvind Kejriwal, the Chief Minister of Delhi and National Convenor of the AAP. The Supreme Court has forwarded his case contesting his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to a higher bench.
On Friday, the Supreme Court will rule on Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s appeal against his ED detention in the money laundering case related to the excise policy scandal. We would like to inform you that the CBI case hearing has been rescheduled for July 17. Arvind Kejriwal will stay incarcerated until then.

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) posted on its former account, stating that the entire nation is witnessing your dictatorship and asking when you will continue to use false accusations to imprison the truth. Everyone believes that, whether it’s the Supreme Court, the ED, or the court. Additionally, it stated that the ED had unfairly accused Kejriwal. It went on to say that the Supreme Court’s ruling represents the triumph of truth. “Dictatorship must end”
