Sidharth Malhotra is about to unite with Dinesh Viju in the action thriller which is produced by Maddock. While the shooting process for the film eventually descended to being put on the back burner problem of budget gap. And now, the pink agency has learned that the actor, Sidharth Malhotra is in discussion about a romantic comedy movie with the producer, Dinesh Vijan.
Now, after Sidharth Malhotra and Tushar Jalota have been discussing a rom-com female lead, Kriti Sanon has been selected. Now, after having selected Kriti Sanon as a female lead, Sidharth Malhotra is now engaged in a discussion with Tushar Jalota about this rom-com movie.
It is believed that the trendy romantic comedy is in the hands of Tushar Jalota, who has many popular works with Dasvi. “‘Sidharth is checking into romantic comedy’ has been his statement since the feature film idea come off his mind, and so does Kriti. Since they are both very into the idea, they are quite patient to wait for the final draft in order for them to sign the dotted lines. The shooting schedule will also be decided pretty soon,’” was the bomb thrown by a source familiar with the development.

Sidharth and Kriti are slated to be released in 2024 and 2025 respectively.
However, Kriti is in discussion with Dinesh Vijan for two additional films and is also in talks with Sajid Nadiadwala for the fifth installment of the Housefull franchise. Sid, on the other hand, is ready to jump start a new film with Balwinder Singh Janjua in the second half of the year. Besides, the actor is also negotiating with Junglee for a feature film and there is no information about the storyline yet. An update on Tushar Jalota film will be within 30 days.
