    2. Do not buy a home with a direct south, south-east or south-west exposure.
    3. The kitchen should be located in south-east or north-west direction.
    4. According to feng shui, the master bedroom should be located in the south-west.
    5. The north-east should not have a kitchen, toilets, or even shoe racks.
    6. The house has to be of square or rectangular shape with no cut or extension in any of the directions.
    7. Do not prefer homes having a balcony in the south-west direction.

    13. Opt for shades of red or orange in the kitchen, and water-inspired colors like sea green or blue for bedrooms and bathrooms.
    14. Perform a Griha-pravesh pooja when moving into a new home to seek divine blessings and ensure protection and positivity.
    15. Practice mantra chanting, such as “Om Namah Shivaya,” to generate positive vibes and mitigate Vastu-related issues in your home.
