India has seen the release of the CMF Phone 1, which costs less than Rs 20,000. It is the first-ever CMF smartphone from Nothing, and the firm stuck to its original plan of providing a distinctive design together with a respectable list of specifications. The low-cost gadget has a detachable rear cover and is powered by a mid-range MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset. You can find all the information you require about the CMF Phone 1, such as its price in India, specifications, specifics on sales, and more, here.

Price of CMF Phone 1 in India Revealed

The 6GB RAM + 128GB storage edition of the CMF Phone 1 costs Rs 15,999. For Rs 17,999, there is also an 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model available. Flipkart will offer the smartphone for sale. During the launch, the CMF phone will be available for purchase for 14,999 when using certain bank cards at a discounted price. However, this is a limited-time deal.

Nothing offers the accessories for sale individually. These come in the form of a cardholder, a stand, and a lanyard, and they individually cost Rs 799. The detachable rear cover is priced at Rs 1,499 and comes in several colors, such as blue, black, orange, and bright green. According to the firm, customers who purchase a CMF phone can get a phone charger at just Rs 799.

Features and Specs of The CMF Phone 1

The 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display on the CMF Phone 1 has a refresh rate of 120 Hz, a maximum brightness of 2000 nits, and a usual brightness of up to 700 nits. Like other phones available, it has a punch-hole display design. The device’s back cover is detachable. According to the manufacturer, users can swap out the back cover of their device for a new, stylish appearance every few months rather than purchasing a new one or using a different case. A screwdriver is included in the package with the back cover, which is available separately and allows you to remove the device’s rear panel.

Lastly, the wheel’s operation is also disclosed. It does not rotate to accommodate fidgeting; instead, it allows you to fasten a little stand or lanyard that Nothing is selling separately to it. Even a card holder accessory that fastens to the wheel is offered. The idea is really fantastic. It’s encouraging to see Nothing providing a distinctive design in the lower price bracket, where cutting-edge gadgets are nearly nonexistent. The device’s body is made of plastic, and its back panel comes in matt and leather finishes.

    Unique Design and Accessories

A MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset powers the recently released CMF Phone 1. Nothing looks promising to provide three years of security fixes and two years of Android OS upgrades. As a result of this news, the CMF phone, which is presently running Android 14, will also be able to acquire Android 16. Nothing has been done for biometrics that offers an in-display fingerprint sensor, which is preferable to side-mounted sensors.

A standard 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W rapid charging is located under the hood. Nothing includes a charger and the smartphone in the same retail packaging. Therefore, it will need to be purchased individually. There is a 50-megapixel dual back camera arrangement for photography. A 16-megapixel camera on the front is used for video calls and selfies.
