The inaugural flight test of the domestically developed Agni-5 missile, featuring Multiple Independently Targetable Re-entry Vehicle (MIRV) technology, is known as Mission Divyastra.
This advancement enables a single missile to deploy multiple warheads at various locations. India’s successful execution of this mission places it among the distinguished nations possessing MIRV capability.
